Anna Pagoni was born in Larnaca on October 9, 1997. She was a swimmer with the Larnaca Nautical Club for many years, participating in numerous swimming competitions, and also played water polo for the Larnaca team. She graduated from Aradippou Lyceum in 2015.

She studied at UCLan Cyprus and completed her degree in Sports and Exercise Science in 2020. She has also been working as a professional lifeguard since 2016, serving on the beaches of the Larnaca District.

At the same time, she works at the Larnaca Nautical Club as a learn-to-swim coach.
